Magical Melon and Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado
  • 1 cup honeydew melon chunks
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 cup dairy free milk of your choice
  • 1 cup vegan oat milk yogurt
  • 1/2 white grape juice

Directions:

  1. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Scoop out the flesh and place in your blender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; blend well until smooth

Brilliant Blueberry, Spinach and Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 an avocado
