How To Make Pumpkin Seed Butter
- 3 cups (500g) pumpkin seeds / pepitas
- In a blender or food processor, process until nice and smooth. Remember to stop at regular intervals to make sure the pumpkins seed butter doesn’t overheat.
- Store in jars in the fridge.
- If you want to sweeten this recipe up a little, you can add maple syrup and a pinch of salt!
