How To Make Pumpkin Seed Butter


  • 3 cups (500g) pumpkin seeds / pepitas


  1. In a blender or food processor, process until nice and smooth. Remember to stop at regular intervals to make sure the pumpkins seed butter doesn’t overheat.
  2. Store in jars in the fridge.
  3. If you want to sweeten this recipe up a little, you can add maple syrup and a pinch of salt!
