Vegan Mayonnaise recipe with Almond Milk

Nothing completes a salad quite like creamy, tangy mayonnaise. In fact it’s something a lot of people say they miss after going vegan. But nobody needs to be denied the deliciousness that is mayo! There’s a number of ways to make this wonderful white condiment but today we are going to be looking at two different ways you can make a vegan mayonnaise recipe with almond milk! You can use whichever brand almond milk you prefer, or you can even make your own!

Vegan mayonnaise is ultra healthy and full of clean protein and healthy fats.

Super Simple Vegan Mayonnaise Recipe with Almond Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unrefined sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Sea salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Simply blend all ingredients together in a blender.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, just add more milk until you have the texture you desire.
  3. Place in a bowl and chill in the fridge.

Vegan Mayonnaise Recipe with Almond Milk and Avocado

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons ripe avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Simply blend all ingredients together in a blender.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, just add more milk until you have the texture you desire.
  3. Place in a bowl and chill in the fridge.
